 Bulghur Salad with Red Turnip - Vegan Anatolian Salad

Ingredients:

  • Bulghur or Cracked Wheat (200ml -1 Watercup)
  • Red Turnip Juice (400ml - 2 Watercup)
  • Corn (1 Canned)
  • Pickled Mini Cucumber (8 Pieces)
  • Olive Oil (3 Tablespoons)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)

How to Make Bulghur Salad with Turnip? Vegan Anatolian Salad or appetizer (Recipe)

  1. Add red turnip juice in pot and boil.
  2. Add bulghur in pot and stir. Cook until all bulghur absorve turnip juice with low heat.
  3. Add cooked bulghur in large bowl. 
  4. Add canned corn in bowl.
  5. Cut pickled mini cucumbers coarsly and put it in bowl.
  6. Add olive oil and salt. Then stirl well.
  7. Wait 30min until it cools to room temprature.
  8. Bulghur salad is ready!
