Bulghur Salad with Red Turnip - Vegan Anatolian Salad
Ingredients:
- Bulghur or Cracked Wheat (200ml -1 Watercup)
- Red Turnip Juice (400ml - 2 Watercup)
- Corn (1 Canned)
- Pickled Mini Cucumber (8 Pieces)
- Olive Oil (3 Tablespoons)
- Salt (1 Teaspoon)
How to Make Bulghur Salad with Turnip? Vegan Anatolian Salad or appetizer (Recipe)
- Add red turnip juice in pot and boil.
- Add bulghur in pot and stir. Cook until all bulghur absorve turnip juice with low heat.
- Add cooked bulghur in large bowl.
- Add canned corn in bowl.
- Cut pickled mini cucumbers coarsly and put it in bowl.
- Add olive oil and salt. Then stirl well.
- Wait 30min until it cools to room temprature.
- Bulghur salad is ready!
