Fried Cauliflower - Vegan Meal Karnabahar Kizartma
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower (Full Piece)
- Sparkling Water (200ml - 1 Watercup)
- Baking soda (1 Teaspoon)
- White Flour (1 Tablespoon)
- Sunseed or Sunflower oil (500ml)
- Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
How to Fry Cauliflower? Vegan Anatolian delicious meal (Recipe)
- Add sparkling water, baking soda, white flour, salt, and black pepper in bowl and stir well.
- Add Sunseed oil in pot and cook with high heat until it reach frying temprature.
- Pull off cauliflower and add in the mixture bowl.
- Fry all pieces until it reach golden color.
- Add fried cauliflower in plate to eat.
- It is ready!
