 Fried Cauliflower - Vegan Meal Karnabahar Kizartma

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower (Full Piece)
  • Sparkling Water (200ml - 1 Watercup)
  • Baking soda (1 Teaspoon)
  • White Flour (1 Tablespoon)
  • Sunseed or Sunflower oil (500ml)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)

How to Fry Cauliflower? Vegan Anatolian delicious meal (Recipe)

  1. Add sparkling water, baking soda, white flour, salt, and black pepper in bowl and stir well.
  2. Add Sunseed oil in pot and cook with high heat until it reach frying temprature.
  3. Pull off cauliflower and add in the mixture bowl.
  4. Fry all pieces until it reach golden color.
  5. Add fried cauliflower in plate to eat.
  6. It is ready!
