Humous - Mashed Chick-Peas - Vegan Humus Recipe
Ingredients:
- Canned chick-peas without water (600 ml - 3 Water Cup)
- Tahini (70 ml - 1/3 Water Cup)
- Lemon Juice from 2 Lemon
- Salt (1 Teaspoon)
- Garlic (2 Clove)
- Cumin (Half Tablespoon
- Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
- Red Pepper Powder
- Sumac Extract or Any Soury Seasoning
How to Make Vegan Humous - Mashed Chick-Peas? (Recipe)
- Mash all ingredients with food processor until it becomes paste. (Check the consistence, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water.)
- Add it on service plate.
- Pour little bit Olive oil, red pepper powder, sumac extract on it.
- Ready to serve, you can eat it with bread.
- It is recommended to be serve cold.
