Humous - Mashed Chick-Peas - Vegan Humus Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Canned chick-peas without water (600 ml - 3 Water Cup)
  • Tahini (70 ml - 1/3 Water Cup)
  • Lemon Juice from 2 Lemon
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Garlic (2 Clove)
  • Cumin (Half Tablespoon
  • Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
  • Red Pepper Powder
  • Sumac Extract or Any Soury Seasoning

How to Make Vegan Humous - Mashed Chick-Peas? (Recipe)

  1. Mash all ingredients with food processor until it becomes paste. (Check the consistence, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water.)
  2. Add it on service plate.
  3. Pour little bit Olive oil, red pepper powder, sumac extract on it.
  4. Ready to serve, you can eat it with bread.
  5. It is recommended to be serve cold.
