 Leek Meal With Rice - Vegan Pirasa Yemegi

Ingredients:

  • Leek (6 Pieces - Only white parts)
  • Carrot (2 Pieces)
  • Tomato Paste (2 Tablespoon)
  • Rice (50ml - 1/2 Teacup)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Water 

How to Cook Leek Meal Vegan? Anatolian and Mediterian Delicious Leek Meal (Recipe)

  1. Wash the leeks with water.
  2. Cut leeks 2 cm length.
  3. Peel the carrots outer.
  4. Cut the carrots thick ring shape.
  5. Add olive oil in pot.
  6. Add tomato paste in pot, stir and roast with medium heat. (1-2 min.)
  7. Add carrots in pot and roast more. (2-3 min.)
  8. Add leeks in pot and stir. Then off the lid. (5min)
  9. Wash rice with water.
  10. Add rice and salt in pot.
  11. Add water until all ingredients level.
  12. Cook until carrots and rice get cook well. (Lid off)
  13. Leek Meal is ready!
