Rice Pilaf - Anatolian Vegan Food Pirinc Pilavi

Ingredients:

  • Rice (400 ml - 2 Water Cup)
  • Hot Water (500 ml - 2.5 Water Cup)
  • Olive Oil or Sunseed Oil (4 Tablespoons)
  • Salt

How to Cook Rice Pilaf? Vegan Anatolia (Recipe)

  1. Wash rice until it releases its starch. (Washing water becomes clear)
  2. Add olive oil and rice in pot - roast on medium heat. (3-5 Minutes)
  3. Add hot water and salt in pot and stir well. (1 Minute)
  4. Cook it on high heat until rice absorbs water. (Lid off)
  5. Then, cook it on low heat until rice absorbs all water. (Lid off)
  6. After then, turn the heat off and lay paper towel between pot and lid. (Wait 10 minutes.)
  7. Your Rice Pilaf is ready! Serve it on plate.
