Spinach Meal - Anatolian Vegan Spinach Ispanak
Ingredients:
- Spinach (1kg)
- Onion (1 Piece)
- Olive Oil (4 Tablespoon)
- Tomato Paste (1 Tablespoon)
- Hot Water ( 100ml 1/2 Water Cup)
- Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
How to Cook Spinach Meal? Vegan Anatolian Cuisine (Recipe)
- Wash spinaches.
- Chop spinaches small pieces.
- Chop Onions.
- Add olive oil in pot.
- You can add chopped carrots and paprikas in pot while this step. (it is optional)
- Add spinaches in pot and roast while stirring in medium heat.
- Add hot water in pot and cook 30 minutes.
- Spinach Meal is ready!
Enjoy it!
