 Spinach Meal - Anatolian Vegan Spinach Ispanak



Ingredients:

  • Spinach (1kg)
  • Onion (1 Piece)
  • Olive Oil (4 Tablespoon)
  • Tomato Paste (1 Tablespoon)
  • Hot Water ( 100ml 1/2 Water Cup)
  • Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)

How to Cook Spinach Meal? Vegan Anatolian Cuisine (Recipe)

  1. Wash spinaches.
  2. Chop spinaches small pieces.
  3. Chop Onions.
  4. Add olive oil in pot.
  5. You can add chopped carrots and paprikas in pot while this step. (it is optional)
  6. Add spinaches in pot and roast while stirring in medium heat.
  7. Add hot water in pot and cook 30 minutes.
  8. Spinach Meal is ready!
Enjoy it!

You can eat it with Rice Pilaf
