Ingredients:

  • Cracked Wheat - Burghul (50ml - 1/2 Teacup)
  • Tomatoes (3 Medium Pieces)
  • Lemon Juice (50ml - 1/2 Teacup)
  • Parsley (2,5 Watercups)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoon)
  • Fresh Mint (1/2 Teacup)
  • Onion (1/2 Piece)
  • Garlic (1 Clove)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Chili Powder (1 Teaspoon)

How to Make Tabouli Salad? - Traditional Anatolian Vegan Salad (Recipe)

  1. Add cracked wheat or burghul in bowl.
  2. Chop tomatoes coarsly.
  3. Add coarsely tomatoes and lemon juice in bowl.
  4. Cover top and place fridge in 1 hour.
  5. Chop parsley coarsely.
  6. Chop fresh mint coarsely.
  7. Chop onion finely.
  8. Crush garlic clove.
  9. Add chopped parsley, chopped fresh mint, chopped onion, and crushed clove in bowl.
  10. Add salt and chili powder.
  11. Tabouili is ready! Serve it cold.
