Green Bean Recipe - Yesil Fasulye Vegan


Ingredients:

  • Green Bean (500g)
  • Onion (2 Pieces)
  • Olive Oil (100 ml - 1 Tea Cup)
  • Tomatoes (3 Pieces)
  • Salt

How to Make Vegan Fresh Beans? (Recipe)

  1. Add 50 ml (half tea cup) olive oil to the pot.
  2. Chop onions small.
  3. Add the chopped onions to the pot.
  4. The beans that have been cleaned and chopped according to your pleasure are added to the pot.
  5. Cover the pot and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Add 200 ml of hot water (1 water cup).
  7. The beans are cooked by closing the lid of the pot until they are cooked.
  8. Add salt before taking it off the cooker. (It is recommended to taste.)
  9. The remaining 50ml (half a tea cup) of olive oil is added and taken into serving bowls.
  10. It is recommended to be serve cold.
