Zucchini Patty - Vegan Anatolian Mucver 


  • Zucchini (3 Pieces)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Flour (175ml - 2/3 Water Cup)
  • Baking Soda (5g)
  • Black Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Garlic (1 Clove)
  • Dill (1 full palm) or any kind of green plant you wish
  • Green Onion (1 Piece)
  • Olive Oil (50ml - 1/4 Water Cup)

How to Cook Zucchini Patty? Vegan Anatolian Traditional Appetizer Mucver (Recipe)

  1. Grate the zucchinies.
  2. Squeeze the zucchinies and loose excess water.
  3. Put zucchinies in bowl; add flour, baking soda and black pepper and stir.
  4. Grate the garlic top of the bowl.
  5. Chop onion and dill very well then put it in the bowl.
  6. Stir everything well.
  7. The mix is ready. Add olive oil in pot.
  8. Make "the mix" like meatball shape with your palm.
  9. Grill your patties's both side in pot.
  10. Zucchini patties are ready! Serve it hot!
