Carrot Pilaf - Vegan Rice Pilaf with Carrot
Ingredients:
- Rice (400ml - 2 Watercups)
- Carrot (1 Piece)
- Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
- Salt (2 Teaspoons)
- Hot Water (800ml- 4 Watercups)
- Water (800ml - 4 Watercups)
How to Cook Carrot Pilaf? Vegan Rice Pilaf with Carrot Anatolian Special Cuisine (Recipe)
- Add rice in bowl and add 4 watercups of hot water inside the bowl. Then wait 30minutes.
- Grate the carrot.
- Add olive oil in pot.
- Add grated carrot in pot.
- Roast carrot with medium heat. (2 minutes.)
- Drain rice then wash rice with tap water.
- Add rice in pot, and add 4 watercups of water in pot.
- Add salt in pot then stir well.
- Boil with high heat.(Lid off)
- After it boils, cook with low heat until rice absorbs all water.(Lid off)
- Turn heat off then lay paper towel between pot and lid and wait 15 minutes.
- Carrot Pilaf is ready!
- Serve it on plate.
