 Carrot Pilaf - Vegan Rice Pilaf with Carrot

Ingredients:

  • Rice (400ml - 2 Watercups)
  • Carrot (1 Piece)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)
  • Hot Water (800ml- 4 Watercups)
  • Water (800ml - 4 Watercups)

How to Cook Carrot Pilaf? Vegan Rice Pilaf with Carrot Anatolian Special Cuisine (Recipe)

  1. Add rice in bowl and add 4 watercups of hot water inside the bowl. Then wait 30minutes.
  2. Grate the carrot.
  3. Add olive oil in pot.
  4. Add grated carrot in pot.
  5. Roast carrot with medium heat. (2 minutes.)
  6. Drain rice then wash rice with tap water.
  7. Add rice in pot, and add 4 watercups of water in pot.
  8. Add salt in pot then stir well.
  9. Boil with high heat.(Lid off)
  10. After it boils, cook with low heat until rice absorbs all water.(Lid off)
  11. Turn heat off then lay paper towel between pot and lid and wait 15 minutes.
  12. Carrot Pilaf is ready!
  13. Serve it on plate.
