  • Carrot (2 Pieces)
  • Water (1liter - 5 Watercup)
  • White Flour (1 Teacup)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoon)

How to Cook Carrot Soup? - Vegan Anatolian Fresh Delicious Carrot Soup (Recipe)

  1. Add Olive oil in pot.
  2. Add flour in pot and roast until it gets pinkish color.
  3. Grate carrots.
  4. Add grated carrots in pot and roast. (5min)
  5. Add water and stir well until it boils.
  6. Add black pepper and salt.
  7. Cook another 7 minutes after boiled.
  8. Carrot soup is ready! Serve it hot!
