Couscous - Vegan Anatolian Recipe
Ingredients:
- Couscous (500gr)
- Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons)
- Eggplant (1 Piece)
- Carrot (1 Piece)
- Red Pepper (1 Piece)
- Cherry Tomato (5 Pieces)
- Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Turmeric (1/4 Teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Teaspoon)
- Parsley (50gr)
- Water (1L - 5 Watercups)
How to Cook Couscous? Vegan Anatolian Delicious Spicy (Recipe)
- Add water in pot and boil.
- Add couscous in pot and wait 20minutes.
- Drain water from pot and take couscous from pot to large bowl.
- Wash eggplants and cut cubic shapes.
- Peel the carrot and cut cubic shapes.
- Cut red pepper cubic shapes.
- Cut cherry tomatoes cubic shapes.
- Add olive oil in pot and turn on medium heat.
- Add carrots, eggplants, red pepper and tomatoes in pot, then stir and roast well. (5 Mins.)
- Add salt, black pepper and turmeric in pot and stir well.
- Add couscous in pot and stir more.
- Cook with low heat while stirring. (5 Mins.),
- Turn off the heat and chop parsley top of the meal.
- It is ready! Serve it hot or cold!
