  • Sugar (750gr - 3+3/4 Watercups)
  • Water (200ml - 1 Watercup)
  • Lemon Juice (1 Tablespoon)

How to Make Figs Jam? Anatolian Style Vegan Dessert (Recipe)

  1. Wash figs.
  2. Add figs in pot.
  3. Add sugar and water in pot.
  4. Boil with medium heat.
  5. Cook until it gets thick consistence.
  6. Add lemon juice and stir.
  7. Cook 7 minutes again.
  8. Close the heater and put it in glass jam when it gets room temprature.
  9. Figs Jam is ready!
