  • Garlic (1 Clove)
  • Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons)
  • Tomato Paste (1 Tablespoon)
  • Carrot (1 Piece)
  • Potato (1 Piece)
  • Green Lentil (200ml - 1 Watercup)
  • Water (1 Liter - 1 Watercup)
  • Salt (1 Tablespoon)
  • Black Pepper (1 Tablespoon)
  • Paprika Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • Dried Peppermint (1 Tablespoon)

How to Cook Green Lentil Meal? Anatolian Vegan Traditional Delicious Meal with High Protein (Recipe)

  1. Boil green lentil in pot with water, then take lentils in large bowl.
  2. Cut carrot and potato as cubic shapes.
  3. Chop onion finely and crush garlic cloves.
  4. Add olive oil in another pot.
  5. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves in pot.
  6. Add tomato paste in pot and stir more.(2 minutes)
  7. Add cubic carrot and potato in pot, then stir and roast more. (5 minutes.)
  8. Add boiled green lentil in pot.
  9. Add 1 liter of water in pot.
  10. Cook until boil, then cook with medium heat until lentil gets soft.
  11. It is ready!
