Green Pea Hummus - Vegan Anatolian Bezelye Humusu
Ingredients:
- Green Pea (300ml - 1.5 Watercup)
- Tahini (3 Tablespoons)
- Olive Oil (1/2 Tablespoon)
- Garlic (3 Cloves)
- Lemon (1 Piece)
- Cummin (1 Teaspoon)
- Salt (1 Teaspoon)
How to Make Green Pea Hummus with Tahini? Anatolian Traditional Appetizer (Recipe)
- Boil green peas in pot with water.
- Add grean peas in Food Processor and start.
- Peel the garlic cloves and cut 2-3 pieces.
- Add Olive oil, tahini, garlic, cummin, and salt in Food Processor.
- Squeze the lemon.
- Mix until it reaches hummus consistence.
- Green Pea Hummus is ready!
