 Green Pea Hummus - Vegan Anatolian Bezelye Humusu


  • Green Pea (300ml - 1.5 Watercup)
  • Tahini (3 Tablespoons)
  • Olive Oil (1/2 Tablespoon)
  • Garlic (3 Cloves)
  • Lemon (1 Piece)
  • Cummin (1 Teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)

How to Make Green Pea Hummus with Tahini? Anatolian Traditional Appetizer (Recipe)

  1. Boil green peas in pot with water.
  2. Add grean peas in Food Processor and start.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves and cut 2-3 pieces.
  4. Add Olive oil, tahini, garlic, cummin, and salt in Food Processor.
  5. Squeze the lemon.
  6. Mix until it reaches hummus consistence.
  7. Green Pea Hummus is ready!
