  • Horsebean (1kg)
  • Garlic (2 Cloves)
  • Onion (2  Pieces)
  • Olive Oil (1/2 Tablespoon)
  • Lemon (1/2 Piece)
  • Sugar (1 Teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Dill (1/2 Punch)

How to Cook Horsebean? Fresh Vegan Healty Delicious Appetizer with Olive Oil

    1.Wash the horsebean, clean the ends and bones ,if any, and cut them into two or three parts.
    2.Chop the onion.
    3.Then pour the olive oil in the saucepan and fry the onions in oil until they turn pink.
    4.Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and hot water and cook for 35-40 minutes on low heat with the lid closed.
    5.When it cools, you can serve it by pouring dill on it.
