 Sauteed Mushrooms - Vegan Anatolian Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cultivated Mushroom (500gr)
  • Onion (2 Pieces)
  • Tomato (3 Pieces)
  • Garlic (3 Cloves)
  • Green Pepper (3 Pieces)
  • Tomato Paste (1 Tablespoon)
  • Salt  (1 Teaspoon)
  • Paprika Powder (1 Teaspoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
  • Parsley (50gr)

How to Cook Sauteed Mushrooms? Delicious Anatolian Vegan (Recipe)

  1. Chop onions as cubic shapes.
  2. Add olive oil in pot.
  3. Add chopped onions in pot, then stir while roasting.
  4. Chop green peppers finely.
  5. Add chopped green peppers in pot and stir.
  6. Add tomato paste and paprika powder in pot and stir well while roasting.
  7. Chop mushrooms vertically.
  8. Add chopped mushrooms in pot and stir.
  9. Peel tomatoes and chop cubic shapes.
  10. Add chopped tomatoes in pot and stir.
  11. Cook until tomato juice vaporizes.
  12. Chop parsley finely.
  13. Add parsley in pot and stir one time.
  14. It is ready!
