 Vermicelli Soup - Vegan Anatolian

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli (150ml - 1.5 Teacup)
  • Tomato Soup (2 Tablespoons)
  • Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons)
  • Dried Peppermint (2 Tablespoons)
  • Cummin (2 Teaspoons)
  • Paprika Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)
  • Hot Water (2 Liters - 10 Watercup)

How to Cook Vermicelli Soup? Delicious Vegan Anatolian Traditional (Recipe)

  1. Add olive oil in pot, then turn on the heat.
  2. Add dried peppermint in pot and stir.
  3. Add tomato paste inside the pot and stir more.
  4. Add vermicelli in pot, and stir while cooking.
  5. Add cummin, paprika powder, and salt in pot and stir.
  6. Add hot water inside the pot, then stir well.
  7. Boil 5 minutes.
  8. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and turn the lid off, wait 10 minutes.
  9. It is ready! Serve it in bowl with lemon slice.
