Artichoke - Vegan Anatolian Healthy Main Dish


  • Artichoke (8 Pieces)
  • Potato (2 Pieces Medium Size)
  • Carrot (2 Pieces Medium Size)
  • Green Peas (Half Canned)
  • Lemon (1 Piece)
  • Olive Oil (3 Tablespoons)
  • Water (1.5 Watercup)
  • Salt (Half Teaspoon)

How to Cook Artichoke? Anatolian Delicious Main Dish 

    1. First clean the artichokes thoroughly and peel them off.
    2. Arrange the artichokes in a large pot.
    3. Squezze lemon juice on the artichokes and drizzle the olive oil over the artichokes.
    4. Add the water to the pot, cover the pot and leave it to cook over low heat.
    5. Put the cooked artichokes on the serving tray.
    6. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil for 20 minutes.
    7. Peel the carrots, cut into small cubes and boil for 15 minutes.
    8. Half canned garniture mix with artichokes juice.
    9. Divide the garniture over the artichoke.
