 Bulgur Salad - Vegan Anatolian Kısır


  • Fine Bulgur (2 Watercup)
  • Hot Water (1.5 Watercup)
  • Tomato Paste (1 Tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 Teacup)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Chili Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Lemon Juice (2 Pieces)
  • Pomegranate Syrup (1/2 Teacup)
  • Scallion (6 Pieces)
  • Parsley (Half of Bunch)
  • Fresh Mint (Half of Bunch)

How to Make Bulgur Salad? Traditional Anatolian delicious Kisir salad

     1- Put 2 glasses of fine bulgur in a large bowl. Add 1.5 cups of hot water on it.
     2- Cover it with stretch film and wait for the bulgur to swell. After the bulgur is swollen, mix it well to get a grain.
     3- Add tomato paste and olive oil.
     4- Add salt, chili pepper, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup.
     5-Finally, add scallion, half a bunch of fresh mint and parsley and mix it, and it is ready for sterile service.
