  • Chickpeas (1 Watercup- Pre soaked overnight)
  • Dried Broad Beans (1 Watercup- Pre soaked overnight)
  • Onion (1 Piece-Divided into 6)
  • Garlic (1 Clove)
  • Parsley (Half of Bunch)
  • Cumin (1 Teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Sunflower Oil (1 Watercup for frying)

How to Cook Falafel? Vegan Anatolian Delicious Recipe

   1- Put the chickpeas and broad beans that you soaked in plenty of water the night before, into a deep mixing bowl. After mixing it well, transfer it to your food processor.
   2- Pass all the ingredients through the blender until it reaches a flour consistency. You can also add a few tablespoons of olive oil in it.
   3- Then add the other ingredients and pass through the food processor. Make a dough that can be easily shaped by hand. Then shape it.
   4- Heat the liquid oil in a deep pot.
   5- Fry the falafels in hot oil until they turn color.
