Green Beans with Olive Oil


  • Green Beans (1 Kilogram)
  • Tomato (7 Pieces)
  • Onion (2 Pieces)
  • Garlic (3 Gloves)
  • Olive Oil (1 Tea Glass)
  • Chili Peppers (2 Teaspoons)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)   

How to Cook Green Beans with Olive Oil? Delicious Anatolian Main Dish

    1. After washing the beans, extract them.

    2. Cut lenghtwise in the middle and cut it half.

    3. Pour the oil into the saucepan first.

    4. Chop the onions, roast a little but stay slightly raw. They don’t need to turn pink.

    5. Grate the tomatoes after washing them.

    6. Finely chop the garlic.

    7. Pour the beans into the saucepan and put the pepper, close the lid of the pot tightly and leave to cook on low heat.

   8. Cook for 35 minutes.
