  • Red Lentil (2 Watercup)
  • Fine Bulgur (1 Watercup)
  • Onion (2 Pieces)
  • Olive-Oil (1 Teaglass)
  • Red Pepper Paste (2 Tablespoons)
  • Parsley (50 Gr)
  • Chilli Pepper (2 Teaspoons)
  • Black Pepper (2 Teaspoons)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)
  • Lettuce (To Decorate)

How to Make Lentil Balls? Traditional Anatolian Delicious Appetizer

    1. After washing the lentils, boil them wil 4 cups of water for 15 minutes.
    2. Add the fine bulgur to the lentils you cook and mix well.
    3. Then keep it closed for 20 minutes with the lid closed.
    4. Pour olive oil into another pan. Finely chop the onions and add to the oil.
    5. When the turns pink, cook for a minute or two with the red pepper paste.
    6. Add it to the lentils we left to brew and knead until it becomes a paste.
    7. Add black pepper, red pepper, salt to the balls we kneaded and knead well.
    8. Finely chop the parsley and knead it together again. Place a few of your washed lettuce on a serving plate.
    9. Give the balls a small shape with your palm
