 Mixed Vegetables Soup- Anatolian Vegan Soup


Ingredients:

  • Carrot (1 Piece Small Size)
  • Potato (1 Piece Small Size)
  • Green Pea (1 Tablespoon)
  • Spinach (3-4 Branch)
  • Broccoli (3-4 Branch)
  • Onion (1 Piece Small Size)
  • Flour (1 Teaspoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
  • Red Pepper Paste (2 Teaspoons)
  • Water ( Two Liters)

How to Cook Mixed Vegetables Soup? Anatolian Healthy Vegan Soup

    1. First, wash 1 small size carrot required for soup and and cut it into small cubes.
    2. Then wash 2-3 branch spinach and chop so that it is not too small.
    3. Then chop the broccoli as well.
    4. Then wash the peas and drain the water.
    5. Chop 1 small potato.
    6. After washing and chopping the ingredients in this way, take the pot in which you will prepare the soup and put 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
    7. Roasting the onions until they turn pink. After the onions turn pink, add 1 small potato, previously chop the cubes.
    8. After the potatoes, add the carrots previously chop like potatoes and contiune roasting.
    9. Add 1 tablespoon of peas after the carrots. After add the peas, add water and let it boil. After a while, add the spinach that has been washed and drained beforehand.
   10. Then add the broccoli and leave to cook.
   11. Meanwhile, put 1 teaspoon of flour and tomato paste in another pot and start roasting.
   12. Then add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and contiune roasting. 
   13. After the flour and tomato paste are roasted, add them into to soup. 
   14. After it is cooked, pass it through the blender.
