Muhammara - Anatolian Vegan Breakfast Paste


  • Tomato Paste (1 Watercup)
  • Red Chili Paste (1 Watercup)
  • Olive Oil (1 Watercup)
  • Breadcrumbs (2 Watercups)
  • Walnut Kernel (1 Watercup)
  • Garlic (6 Cloves)
  • Black Pepper (2 Teaspoons)
  • Cumin (1 Teaspoon)

How to Make Muhammara? Traditional Anatolian Breakfast Paste recipe

     1- To the food processor; After adding the tomato paste, breadcrumbs, olive oil, walnuts, peeled garlic and spices start the robot.
     2- Pull al the ingredients until they are mashed.
     3- Take it on a serving plate and pour pomegranate syrup on top decorate with walnuts and serve.

PS: You can put the remaining muhammara in a jar and store it in the fridge.
