  • Potato (10 Pieces Medium Size)
  • Salt (2 Tablespoon)
  • Chili Peppers (2 Teaspoons)
  • Black Peppers (2 Teaspoons)
  • Dry Mint (2 Teaspoons)
  • Pyhllo (6 Pieces) 
  • Liquid Oil (2 Tablespoon)

How To Make Potato Anatolian Pie? Traditional Delicious Anatolian Salted Pie

   1.Wash 10 potatoes necessary for filling thoroughly.After washing, take a pot to boil the potatoes.

   2.Put some water in the saucepan and boil the potatoes in boiling for 15 minutes.

   3.After the potatoes are boiled, remove from the heat and turn off the heat.

   4.Wait for the potatoes to cool.

   5.After the potatoes have cooled, cut them into small pieces.

   6.After the potaoes are chooped, add the spices and mix.

   7.Fold the pyhllo in six and cut them like pizza slices.

   8.Put 1 tablespoon of filling into the cut pyhllo and wrap it in a roll.

   9.Then grease the baking tray you will use with 2 tablespoons oil.

  10.Place the pyhllo you have prepared on the baking tray.Bake the dough until golden brown.

  11.After cooking, take it out of the oven and wait for the cool.
