  • Pumpkin (1 Kilogram) 
  • Powdered Sugar (1 Watercup)
  • Finely Ground Walnuts (1 Watercup)

     1.For the pumpkin dessert, cut the pumpkin in two finger thicknesses after slicing the peeled pumpkin to take the green and hard parts.

     2.Place the pumpkin slices washed in plenty of water in the saucepan. Put powdered sugar on them and leave to wait like this overnight.

     3.If there is less sugar or water according to the type of pumpkin, you can add water during cooking, or you can increase or decrease the sugar content according to your taste.

     4.Leave the courgettes waiting with sugar and releasing their water overnight to cook for 45 minutes in this way.

    5.Carefully put the pumpkins, which have completely absorbed the water, into the serving plate so that they do not scatter after warming.

   6.Serve with the addition of finely ground walnuts.
