  • Tomato (500 Gr)
  • Green Pepper (2 Pieces)
  • Onion (2 Pieces)
  • Scallion (8 Branch)
  • Parsley (50 Gr)
  • Crushed Walnut (1 Watercup)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
  • Pomegranate Syrup (2 Tablespoons) or Lemon (1 Piece)
  • Sumac extract (2 Teaspoons)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)

How to Make Walnut Salad? Traditional Anatolian Gavurdagi Salad with walnuts Recipe

    1. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
    2. After finely chop the green pepper, scallion and parsley.
    3. Then dice the onions.
    4. Put all your chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
    5. Then add pomegranate syrup or lemon.
