Green Olive Salad - Anatolian Vegan Salad
Ingredients:
- Green Olive (100 Gr)
- Walnut Kernel (100 Gr)
- Onion (1/2 Piece)
- Pomegranate (1/2 Water Cup)
- Chili Pepper (1/2 Piece)
- Parsley (1 Bunch)
- Lemon Juice (1/2 Piece)
- Pomegranate Syrup (4 Tablespoons)
- Olive Oil (1/2 Tea Cup)
- Salt (1 Teaspoon)
How to Make Green Olive Salad? Mediterranean Vegan Healthy Salad Recipe
- Firstly chop the olives and walnuts into large pieces.
- Finely chop the onion, parsley and pepper.
- Then add in a large bowl and blend all ingredients.
- Take the salad on a plate and pour pomegranate seeds and olive oil on it. Your salad is ready!
