 Green Pea Salad - Anatolian Vegan 


  • Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons)
  • Onion (1 Piece)
  • Carrot (2 Pieces Big Size)
  • Red Pepper (1 Piece)
  • Green Pea (400 Gr)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoon)
  • Water (1 Watercup)

How to cook Green Pea with Olive Oil? Traditional Anatolian Vegan Main Dish with Olive Oil Recipe

  1. Chop the onion for cooking.
  2. Let's cut carrots and pepper into cubes.
  3. Then roast onion with olive oil. 
  4. Add the carrots and pepper and continue roasting for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the peas, water and salt, cook with the lid closed and over medium heat for 20 minutes and leave to warm.
  6. Meanwhile squeeze the lemon then crush the garlic and mix it with lemon juice and add 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  7. Finely chop the dill.
  8. Pour the sauce and dill over the dish. 
  9. Mix well and serve.
