Green Pea Salad - Anatolian Vegan
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons)
- Onion (1 Piece)
- Carrot (2 Pieces Big Size)
- Red Pepper (1 Piece)
- Green Pea (400 Gr)
- Salt (2 Teaspoon)
- Water (1 Watercup)
How to cook Green Pea with Olive Oil? Traditional Anatolian Vegan Main Dish with Olive Oil Recipe
- Chop the onion for cooking.
- Let's cut carrots and pepper into cubes.
- Then roast onion with olive oil.
- Add the carrots and pepper and continue roasting for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the peas, water and salt, cook with the lid closed and over medium heat for 20 minutes and leave to warm.
- Meanwhile squeeze the lemon then crush the garlic and mix it with lemon juice and add 3 tablespoons olive oil.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Pour the sauce and dill over the dish.
- Mix well and serve.
