  • Flour (4,5 Watercups)
  • Warm Water (2 Watercups)
  • Dry Yeast (1 Package)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)

  1. Firstly put the flour in a deep bowl. 
  2. Then add dry yeast, sugar and salt to flour and mix it.
  3. Then pour the warm water gradually into the flour mixture and mix it with your hands. 
  4. Knead until the flour and water mix.
  5. Cover the bread dough you have prepared and leave to ferment for 1 hour.
  6. Meanwhile, sprinkle flour in a medium-sized ovenware, then pour the dough into the ovenware and sprinkle flour on top. 
  7. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
  8. After baking, sprinkle some water on it.
