Ingredients:
- Flour (4,5 Watercups)
- Warm Water (2 Watercups)
- Dry Yeast (1 Package)
- Granulated Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
- Salt (1 Teaspoon)

- Firstly put the flour in a deep bowl.
- Then add dry yeast, sugar and salt to flour and mix it.
- Then pour the warm water gradually into the flour mixture and mix it with your hands.
- Knead until the flour and water mix.
- Cover the bread dough you have prepared and leave to ferment for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle flour in a medium-sized ovenware, then pour the dough into the ovenware and sprinkle flour on top.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
- After baking, sprinkle some water on it.
