Potato Salad - Vegan Anatolian Salad
Ingredients:
- Potato (1 Kilogram)
- Green Pepper (8 Pieces)
- Scallion (8 Pieces)
- Onion (1 Piece)
- Parsley (Half of Bunch)
- Pepper Paste (1 Tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons)
- Pomegranate Syrup (1 Tablespoon)
- Chili Pepper (1 Tablespoon)
- Cornicon Pickles (5 Pieces)
- Lemon Juice (2 Tablespoons)
How to Cook Potato Salad? Traditional Anatolian Salad and Appetizer Recipe
1- First we wash and boil the potatoes.
2- While it is boiling, we wash the items to be washed well and cut them little by little. We put these chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
3- We put the potatoes under cold water and cool. We peel the shells and chop them in any size we want and combine them with the material we previously chopped.
4- We also chop the pickled cornicon pickles, add them next to the potatoes, and put the chili pepper, salt and lemon juice in the bowl with the potatoes.
5- We put pepper paste, pomegranate syrup and olive oil in another deep bowl and mix it well.
6- We combine this prepared sauce in a bowl that we have previously prepared ingredients.
