 Ezogelin Soup - Anatolian Vegan Winter


  • Red Lentil (2 Tea Cup)
  • Rice (3 Tablespoons)
  • Bulghur (2 Tablespoons)
  • Onion (1 Piece)
  • Tomato Paste(2 Teaspoons)
  • Vegan Margarin (1 Tablespoon)
  • Hot Water (6 Water Cup)
  • Dry Mint (2 Teaspoons)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)

How to Cook Ezogelin Soup? Anatolian Vegan Healthy Winter Soup Recipe

  1. Firstly boil the hot water in a large pot. Transfer red lentils, which you washed and continue to water, into the pot.
  2. Transfer rice, bulghur and salt to the pot.
  3. Cook for about 35 minutes, until the red lentils are soft.
  4. In another pan, melt margarin.
  5. Add onion and start saute. Then add tomato paste to the sauteing onion.
  6. Add mint and saute for 2 more minutes.
  7. Then add the onion mixture with tomato paste to the pot which you are boiling the soup.
  8. Finally, cook the quickly mixed soup for another 10 minutes.
