Ezogelin Soup - Anatolian Vegan Winter
Ingredients:
- Red Lentil (2 Tea Cup)
- Rice (3 Tablespoons)
- Bulghur (2 Tablespoons)
- Onion (1 Piece)
- Tomato Paste(2 Teaspoons)
- Vegan Margarin (1 Tablespoon)
- Hot Water (6 Water Cup)
- Dry Mint (2 Teaspoons)
- Salt (2 Teaspoons)
How to Cook Ezogelin Soup? Anatolian Vegan Healthy Winter Soup Recipe
- Firstly boil the hot water in a large pot. Transfer red lentils, which you washed and continue to water, into the pot.
- Transfer rice, bulghur and salt to the pot.
- Cook for about 35 minutes, until the red lentils are soft.
- In another pan, melt margarin.
- Add onion and start saute. Then add tomato paste to the sauteing onion.
- Add mint and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Then add the onion mixture with tomato paste to the pot which you are boiling the soup.
- Finally, cook the quickly mixed soup for another 10 minutes.
