  • Bulghur (1/2 Water Cup)
  • Carrot (1 Piece)
  • Onion (1 Piece)
  • Tomato Paste (1 Tablespoon)
  • Butter (1 Tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
  • Flour (2 Tablespoons)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Water (5-6 Water Cup)

  1. Boil the lentils for 5 minutes until the black water comes out and strain.
  2. Put in a large pot with washed bulghur. Add water on them and let it boil over low heat.
  3. On the other hand, peel the carrot and chop the onion.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and roast with the onion ve carrots. Sprinkle flour on it and continue roasting.
  5. Add tomato paste after the smell of flour disappears. Continue roasting. Turn this mixture on with some hot water.
  6. Add this mixture into the pan with softened green lentils and swollen bulghur and mix.
  7. Add the spices. Reduce the heat and let it cook over low heat.
