 Potato Soup - Anatolian Vegan Soup


  • Potato (5 Pieces Medium Size)
  • Onion (1 Piece)
  • Olive Oil (4 Tablespoons) 
  • Hot Water (5 Glasses)
  • Vegan Milk (1 Tea Cup)
  • Parsley (1/4 Bunch)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper

How to Cook Potato Soup? Traditional Anatolian Vegan Soup Healty Recipe

  1. Firtsly chop the peeled potatoes and onion into large cubes.
  2. Then take the olive oil in a large deep pot. Roast the chopped onion until they turn pink.
  3. Continue roasting potato with onions for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the hot water to the soup pot and boil the soup for 20 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Add salt, pepper and milk little by little to the boiling soup and mix quickly. 
  6. Boil the soup for another 10 minutes in medium heat and then use blender.
  7. Take the soup with finely chopped parsley in the serving plate.
