Cookie with Tahini - Traditional Anatolian Cookie
Ingredients:
- Tahini (1 Watercup)
- Olive Oil (1/2 Watercup)
- Powdered Sugar (1 Watercup)
- Crushed Walnut (1 Watercup)
- Baking Powder (1 Pack)
- Sugared Vanilla (1 Pack)
- Flour (3 Watercup)
For the Top:
- Crushed Walnut (20 Pieces)

- First mix tahini, oil and powdered sugar in a deep bowl.
- Add the walnuts, baking powder and sugared vanilla and mix again.
- Add the flour gradually to get a dough that does not stick to the hand.
- After cut some large pieces of walnuts from the dough you have prepared and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place half walnuts on top of them and decorate.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 25 minutes until tops are browned. Serve after cooling.
