 Cookie with Tahini - Traditional Anatolian Cookie

Ingredients:

  • Tahini (1 Watercup)
  • Olive Oil (1/2 Watercup)
  • Powdered Sugar (1 Watercup)
  • Crushed Walnut (1 Watercup)
  • Baking Powder (1 Pack)
  • Sugared Vanilla (1 Pack)
  • Flour (3 Watercup)

For the Top:

  • Crushed Walnut (20 Pieces)

How to Cook Cookie With Tahini? Delicious and Super Healty Anatolian Vegan Dessert Recipe

  1. First mix tahini, oil and powdered sugar in a deep bowl.
  2. Add the walnuts, baking powder and sugared vanilla and mix again.
  3. Add the flour gradually to get a dough that does not stick to the hand. 
  4. After cut some large pieces of walnuts from the dough you have prepared and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place half walnuts on top of them and decorate.
  5. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 25 minutes until tops are browned. Serve after cooling.
