  • Spinach (500 Gr)
  • Pumpkin Seeds (1 Tablespoon)
  • Sunflower Seeds (1 Tablespoon)
  • Rice (100 Gr)
  • Lemon (1/2 Piece)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
  • Water (1 Watercup)
  • Salt-Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)

How to Make Spinach Salad? Anatolian Vegan Appetizer Recipe

  1. Start by washing the spinach well. Take the spinach that you have cleared of all dirt aside for the water to drain.
  2. Take the rice in a pan. Add 1 glass water and boil. Strain the boiled rice and let it stand.
  3. Cut your spinach and mix it with all the other ingredients.
  4. Prepare the salad sauce. Pour over the ingredients and mix well.
