- Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
- Water (1 Watercup)
- Salt-Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
How to Make Spinach Salad? Anatolian Vegan Appetizer Recipe
- Start by washing the spinach well. Take the spinach that you have cleared of all dirt aside for the water to drain.
- Take the rice in a pan. Add 1 glass water and boil. Strain the boiled rice and let it stand.
- Cut your spinach and mix it with all the other ingredients.
- Prepare the salad sauce. Pour over the ingredients and mix well.
