Ingredients:

  • Boiled White Beans (1 Watercup)
  • Tomato (1 Piece Medium Size)
  • Onion (1 Piece)
  • Parsley (1/3 Bunch)
  • Lemon (1/2 Piece)
  • Vinegar (2 Tablespoons)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
  • Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)

How to Make White Beans Salad? Anatolian Vegan Flavour Recipe

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add boiled white beans on it.
  3. Cut the onion in half and cut into thin slices. Add to the bowl.
  4. Tear off the parsley leaves and wash them well. Then dry and chop randomly.
  5. After adding the parsley to the bowl, mix it well.
  6. Mix the necessary ingredients for the sauce in a separate bowl.
  7. Pour over salad and blend it.
  8. Pour your salad on a large serving plate. You can serve it by sprinkling a little more olive oil on it.
