White Beans Salad - Anatolian Vegan Salad
Ingredients:
- Boiled White Beans (1 Watercup)
- Tomato (1 Piece Medium Size)
- Onion (1 Piece)
- Parsley (1/3 Bunch)
- Lemon (1/2 Piece)
- Vinegar (2 Tablespoons)
- Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
- Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
How to Make White Beans Salad? Anatolian Vegan Flavour Recipe
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
- Add boiled white beans on it.
- Cut the onion in half and cut into thin slices. Add to the bowl.
- Tear off the parsley leaves and wash them well. Then dry and chop randomly.
- After adding the parsley to the bowl, mix it well.
- Mix the necessary ingredients for the sauce in a separate bowl.
- Pour over salad and blend it.
- Pour your salad on a large serving plate. You can serve it by sprinkling a little more olive oil on it.
