Paluze - Traditional Anatolian Vegan Pudding
Ingredients:
- Water ( 5 Watercup)
- Granulated Sugar (1 Watercup)
- Corn Starch (1 Watercup)
- The Juice of a Lemon
- Slice Almond (1 Tablespoon)

- Dilute the starch with 1 glass of water and lemon juice. Boil the remaining water in a pan.
- Stir the starchy water into the pan and add it gradually.
- Boil, strring constantly.
- Add sugar and continue mixing.
- Boil it until it reaches the consistency of a pudding.
- Take it from the stove and add the almonds. Leave it to warm.
- Divide the paluze to the serving bowls.
- When it cools down, you can decorate it with blackberries, fresh mint leaves and grated white chocolate.
