Paluze - Traditional Anatolian Vegan Pudding


  • Water ( 5 Watercup)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 Watercup)
  • Corn Starch (1 Watercup)
  • The Juice of a Lemon
  • Slice Almond (1 Tablespoon)

How to cook Paluze? Traditional Anatolian Vegan Pudding Recipe fit

  1. Dilute the starch with 1 glass of water and lemon juice. Boil the remaining water in a pan.
  2. Stir the starchy water into the pan and add it gradually.
  3. Boil, strring constantly.
  4. Add sugar and continue mixing.
  5. Boil it until it reaches the consistency of a pudding. 
  6. Take it from the stove and add the almonds. Leave it to warm.
  7. Divide the paluze to the serving bowls.
  8. When it cools down, you can decorate it with blackberries, fresh mint leaves and grated white chocolate.
