  • Granulated Sugar (1 Teacup)
  • Mandarin Juice (4 Teacup)
  • Corn Starch (2 Tablespoon)
  • Lemon Juice (1-2 Drop)

How to cook Turkish Delight with Mandarin? Delicious Anatolian Vegan Dessert

  1. First, let's pour the mandarine juice into the pot. Then add the sugar and starch.
  2. Let's start mixing by high heat, after boiling let's cook it by strring for 3 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Let's pour the cooked sauce into glasses soaked in water.
  4. Let it rest for 4-5 hours in the fridge. 
  5. To remove the resting and cooling Turkish Delight from the glass, let's loosen it with something sharp like a knife or toothpick. After slicing the Turkish Delight from the glass, let's dunk it in coconut.
  6. You can serve it after letting it rest for 1-2 hours.
